There's something I have to talk to you about. Something important I have to ask you.

I'm aware all of you know of impending trouble, as well as the danger that has been occurring to the residents of Tetha.

If you're a resident there, I strongly urge all of you to leave as soon as you can. DATS will offer you safe haven wherever you wish to go to, until this situation has been resolved.

We will do our best to answer any questions you may have.

I suggest whoever left him like this come out to me personally and admit it, because if Satsuma finds you first, you won't like it.

And I can assure all of you that he is already out looking for the one who did this.

This is going to be the last time I ask of all of you: the next person who sends their Digimon to turn me into my "other form" will be justly punished for it with janitorial duties!!

And don't think I won't try to enforce that on you as well, Daimon-hakase! I know you were the one who sent them all on me!

I'm sorry if I hadn't been talking to you much since that last virus stopped. I've been too ashamed of my own human weakness to acknowledge it even exists...and perhaps the fact I could've hurt Ruki as bad as I've heard only compounded things. I don't know if she could ever handle finding out what we did in Albion that night, and the idea of it makes me feel grave shame.

I don't know if your daughter will ever come to accept me, but...can we at least start with us? Considering we can't hide anything anymore, well...

I've been informed that there was a skirmish on the grounds last night.

At first my assumption was that a malignant Digimon or Tamer tried to break into the base, but then I was told that it was a pair of DATS agents apparently having a fight.

Anyone care to explain themselves and this incident?

I suppose it would be best to thank all of you for your efforts. Not just DATS' agents, but also our allies, even those who we barely know but were willing to take up arms and fight against the counterattack. As a head commander of DATS, I extend my thanks and gratitude to all of you.

At this point, while we are eager to say that Kurata is dead and the fight against him over, we know that his body has not yet been recovered from Mount Mars, and some of his more powerful allies have escaped capture. But many of those he had captured and brainwashed into becoming Bio Hybrids have been freed and are undergoing treatments and therapies to help them cope with what Kurata had done to them. For those who have loved ones still under his control by proxy...I promise that efforts to locate and free them will continue until every last one is brought home.

...Now that official business has been stated and reaffirmed, I have a personal announcement to make.

I will be aiding in reconstruction efforts wherever it's needed, but know that I will be leaving this weekend to attend to personal matters in Albion. As of right now, I do not know how long I will be staying there just yet, or if I am needed there for an extended period of time. But when I arrive and are given further details, I will let all of you know.

Seeing as Commander Daimon has been put on official medical leave because of his injuries, I'd like to make a request of field commanders Tohma H. Norstein and Takaishi Takeru: if they would be willing to temporarily assist Commander Yushima with leadership matters until I return. Although I do not see any immediate dangers popping up during my leave, I trust both of you with making any important decisions in my absence and I look forward to seeing you step up to the challenge. Your final decision is yours and yours alone, and I will respect it if you have reasons to decline.

I will still answer any questions you might have when I return, and I shall keep a channel open to both DATS Commanders and Field Commanders if emergencies should arise.
